Important Summer Office Closure and Admissions Update
Thank you for your interest in Robert M. Beren Academy! As we approach the summer months, please take note of our admissions deadlines and office closure:
July Office Closure: Our school and admissions office will be completely closed for the month of July. We will not be available to respond to inquiries, process applications, or schedule meetings during this time.
Limited Availability – Apply Early! Many of our grades are already full, and spaces are limited in others. To ensure your application is processed in a timely manner, please note the following deadlines:
Applications submitted by June 20:
- To receive an admission decision before our office closes, a full application (including supporting documents) must be submitted by June 20.
- Assessments, meetings, and shadow days will be scheduled as soon as possible.
- Decisions will be communicated by June 30.
Full Applications (including supporting documents) received June 21 – July 31:
- Assessments and meetings will be scheduled August 6-12.
- Decisions will be sent by August 15, allowing students to start on the first day of school (August 20 for EC/LS, August 21 for US).
Full Applications (including supporting documents) received in August:
- Shadow days will begin September 2.
- Decisions will be made by September 5.
- The earliest start date for new students will be September 8.
Please Plan Ahead! We highly encourage families interested in RMBA to submit applications and any additional documents as early as possible to avoid delays.
