Aftercare

The day may be extended for Early Childhood and Kindergarten until 2:00 PM or 4:00 PM. Extended Day Fees are $920 per hour per year (eg. a student who stays for 4 additional hours per day for the entire year would incur an additional expense of $3,680).

How To Enroll

New students must complete the application process and be accepted prior to enrolling.  Please click HERE to beging the application process. New and Returning families applying for Financial Aid should click HERE for further information.

1. Pay the $500 per child Tuition Deposit.  This amount will be applied toward your child's tuition. Click HERE to pay the $500 per child Tuition Deposit electronically.
2. Sign your official Tuition Contract. The RMBA Business Office will prepare your official tuition contract.
3. Sign up for Tuition Payments. Tuition must either be paid in full prior to the start of school or payment arrangements must be arranged through FACTS. Your child will not be enrolled until one of these payment options has been arranged. Click HERE to sign up for automatic tuition payments through FACTS.

FAQ

What are the Early Childhood cutoff dates?

Children can enroll in EC 18 (even once the year has begun) as soon as they are 18 months old. The cutoff birthdate for EC2, EC3, and EC4 is September 1.

Are there any circumstances under which my Tuition Deposit would be refunded?

Tuition Deposits are refundable to both new and returning families under the following circumstances:

1. You will receive a full refund of the tuition deposit if your family moves from the Houston area prior to August 1, 2013.
2. You will receive a full refund of the tuition deposit if it is determined that your child requires a special needs program that we cannot provide.
3. Returning familes will be refunded all but $250 of their tuition deposit if a Financial Aid agreement is not finalized. For example, a family with 3 children having paid $1500 in tuition deposits will receive a refund of $1250 if they do not attend RMBA.
